If you were ever a fan of Dessous Recordings early on in this decade, you might remember the The Jackals, "Things Change" from 2003... well, that track marked an impression of deep house that I longed for more of... and to this day, it still turns me out. As I approached my production after almost a year on hiatus, I had been highly inspired to make a track that would be complimentary to that sound, and as a result, "Just Disappear" was born. The feeling of a continuum , a song that would have been part of the 2003 chapter of "Things Change"... There is a unique mystique about these songs that kept me focused on keeping the mystery right where it ought to be.... a rare deepness that draws me into hunting this sound down and keeping it close by for those intimate club nights. If you can feel a deep sensual spark of mystique when you listen to the original & dub, then the project has maintained its vibe.
