DESCRIPTION:
Salomé became world famous in 1980 when he and fellow artists created the movement „Heftige Malerei" or like the media called them „Junge Wilde". He exhibited in all Mayor Museums around the globe. Including the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, all Bienales around the world, Documenta and many other important Art exhibitions. He also played in movies of welknown directors, did a Radioplay, played on stage , did sets and costumes for theaters and performed with Luciano Castelli in many art-performances. In 1979 he and Castelli found the Punk Band „Geile Tiere" / „Horny Animals" and released 2 Singles and 2 LP's. They performed as Frontband for Nina Hagen and played at now famous Dschungel in Berlin. Their last public appearance was a production called „Opera par hasard" which was shown in Bordeaux's CAPC, Paris Centre Pompidou and Theatre du Palace... Then the Band split up and Salomé went to New York and stayed in the US until 1998. In 1999 he met Ralph Grieco of–MixLab Studios, Zurich and both partnered up to produce some new musical pieces such as two new versions of „Geile Tiere" ,and „Wild ist the wind" In 2008 the full CD „Ich bin Kunst" was released and . in 2010 the last Album was released „Dark Desires".
