Cristian Vogel's "Crust Cloud Chunks" (as featured last May on Snork 20), gets the remix treatment from two great artists – Radio Slave, and Dave Tarrida - Both of whom show off their best tricks, and finest moments for the hot restart after the summer break of Snork Enterprises – Backed up with further remix support from Snork Enterprises Chief Executive, Syntax Error. A: Rekids main man Radio Slave cooks up a deep housy rhythm from the elements of "Mungo", slowly developing over a period of nine minutes eighteen. Shuffled slices of the original mix slide up against crackle ‘n' noise atmospherics, whilst off kilter rhythms provide the beat for your feet. B1:Electro-/Rave-/Wonk-step godfather Dave Tarrida cleans up much of the original mix of "Mulch Love" leading us into a nightime, autobahn world dominated by an incessant groove which drives us onwards and upwards. More accessible than the original, Tarrida supplies a dependable cut that works a variety of floors. B2 Snork First Minister Syntax Error stays true to the "Mulch Love" original, whilst funking up the percussion, layering the original's tones and drones, and finally adding his own Syntax Error touch.
