Aslan Faction start where other British EBM bands stop. Even with their first release 'Blunt Force Trauma' the duo from Bicester presents themselves on a musical top level that can be and wants to be compared to top acts of the scene. From the beginning to the end of the 12 tracks the band shares a cynical view of a so called "civilized" society and it's behaviour regarded as being "correct". 'Blunt Force Trauma' provides the listener EBM convincing with surprising speed changes and an intelligent combination of harsh as well as filigree melodies. The musical performance is heavily shaped by the unique distorted vocals creating a threatening beauty.
