Concorde Club
Concorde Club Recordings is a new recordlabel for electronic sounds from Berlin. We often change the colours, the style, the location - but where we are, we leave traces. Besides a great formation of own artists, we invite well known guests to produce the best sounds to freak out on the dancefloor. Breaking down the walls between Techno, House and Minimal, our releases pushes really forward. "Reduced, consistent, harmonic, [...] brilliant" (De:Bug 03/09). People dance with friends, even though they don't know each other - there are ways and means, Concorde Club Recordings use them. Between impulsive beats and basses leads a melody back to the spotlight where those unforgettable nights arise. Foundet in winter 2006, Concorde Club was a partylabel in different locations in Potsdam and Berlin. Wild and loud, hot and sweaty - but with finest electronic music. After two years with more than 30 parties in clubs or abandoned buildings, open air and dark basements, labelowner Marvin Slotta decided to restructure the label. The first record "Skytrain / Debajo del Sol" was released in January 2009 and the next vinyl is already in production. There are great plans for the future, created by a team which realy loves (and lives) techno and want's to spread the own music to the world.
