The Carillon Records is an Italian label founded in 2010 by Giuseppe Cennamo and Matteo Spedicati, two producer who decide after their release on major labels like 8bit and Desolat Giuseppe, and on Great Stuff and Touning Spork Matteo, to embark on this musical journey involving international colleagues and friends.The first EP, including "Break my Carillon" was released on vinyl by Cennamo, following the success of El Gitano (Monique) and Rules of Life (8bit). As a first record label decided to give a very determined and addressed to the dancefloor. The album was supported by many DJs in the forefront Marco Carola, Loco Dice and Luciano, who supported for months. Subsequently, the label began his series of digital releases with another Italian, Franco Cazzola, who is accompanied in the remix of his single from an artist from Cadenza, Mendo. The second vinyl is printed with two Italian artists, Leon (live music) and UES (Resopal), with remixes of Spedicati and Cennamo.By switching to a digital vinyl, the growing involvement of Carillon another Italian artist in 2010, Alex Piccini (remote area), that "A cup of tea" closes the year of the label. The first record of 2011 was from the Desolat Cennamo, that with a "Human Feelings ep" tries to give another boost to the Carillon to the patrons of the dancefloor.It's been the first year and the Carillon anniversary was signed with a Various Artists, Le Ballet I, with only Italians Artists: LondonFm (resident of Goa in Rome), Fabio Neural (viva music), the Neapolitan Hollen and the roman Massimiliano Toscano. The collection is a success, especially for LondonFm who see their signs fixed in dj sets by Marco Carola.At this point it is the turn of the other half of the Carillon, Matteo Spedicati, that with the cooperation of Vito Cacciapaglia of SINC, realized one of the best ep of the label: La Premiere Danseuse. The vinyl goes straight into the top charts, and remixed for the Italian-Swiss Salvatore Freda (Cadenza), and is one of the most played records of the Miami WMC 2011.Now the Carillon shows character and strength, has many faces but it is a respected label and has nothing to envy the big labels. So is the time for the friend and resident of Fabric Antonio De Angelis (viva music, safari electronique). The Natural High ep of the now London-based De Angelis give a touch of tribal and underground to the Carillon.In summer 2011 is presented to the court of the Italian label Larsson (berlin), who with Dope ep expands the horizons of the Carillon. The vynil is appreciated and played with delight by many international DJs.After the summer break, which sees many of the tracks of the Carillon in the console of many clubs in Ibiza, it's time that the family is enlarged for two Japanese talents: Jun Akimoto and Yoshitaka. Their sound is slightly different from that heard on the label so far, but elegant and well structured, so their Rouge ep allows two artists to show what they can do, and the Carillon to expand the number of fans already numerous in Japan.In October 2011, with vinyl number 006, the Carillon, with great pleasure, give the welcome to two world-renowned artists: Alessio Mereu (Cocoon, Amam), author of the ep Hot as Hell and Alex Celler (Cecille, Area Remote) author of a sublime remix of Hot Spot, the epic track of Mereu. The release is a success and has massive support.In the autumn of 2011 Matteo Spedicati, co-owner of Carillon, decides to abandon the project after about 2 years for personal reasons. After this separation, the label continues its path, and decided to start a series with a Limited track the most anticipated of 2011, Imprints in My Mind of Giuseppe Cennamo. The early 2012 is all South American for the Carillon: Aldo Cadiz (Desolat) and Matthew Lima are on number 007 with Lluvia de Verano, four different tracks but well orchestrated.This is the second year of the Carillon Records and ends with the traditional Various Artist of February, this time with different artists: Andre Butano, Ciro Leone, Sucrè Salé (Cocobeach / Paris), Rea K (Minisketch) and the Giuseppe Cennamo.The label is mature enough to move to the next step: the first album.Is the time of a young Italian talent, Giovanni Damico, already known for several releases on renowned labels. The setting of the album is long and complex but at the end of a project is complete in every single track.The young Damico will be the first CD which will begin the series of LPs with his Night & Day.
